"Where you have the power to speak and everyone else receives the power to listen"
Hello, and welcome,
I’m Javon Lomax, and I’m honored that you’ve taken a moment to step into this space of healing, accountability, and transformation.
As a restorative justice practitioner and facilitator with nearly a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with numerous nonprofits, youth, frontline violence interrupters, and communities across New York City. My work is grounded in creating spaces where people can be truly seen, heard, and valued.
At CIRCLENY, I design and lead healing-centered programs and trainings that support both communities and professionals to step into their full power as leaders, mentors, and healers. Within our circles, hearts are witnessed, all voices are honored, and communities are transformed. Here, I teach that container agreements are invitations to be in community, but conflict is an invitation to be in community better.
My mission at CIRCLENY is simple: To heal disconnection and strengthen relationships through restorative spaces and training that honor our shared humanity.
I look forward to welcoming you into our circles and walking alongside you on this journey.
With gratitude,
Javon Lomax
