We believe in the truth of the old African proverb: “The child who is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel its warmth.”
At CIRCLENY, we hold space for youth to unravel the roots of their disconnection and empower them to heal inwardly—so they can remember their belonging, their worth, and their deep interconnectedness with the world around them.

We believe it takes a village to raise a village, and that our men, women, and elders all deserve a sacred space to reflect and reconnect.
In our circles, we slow down to examine how we’ve been showing up for ourselves and those around us. We transform harm into harmony and build stronger and healthier communities.

We believe those who hold space for others also deserve a place to be held. A space where workers and professional staff can pause, breathe, and return to themselves.
In our circles and training, we honor the weight they carry and create room to reflect, replenish, and realign, knowing that a workforce that has clarity, compassion, and integrity poured into it will pour it back into the communities they serve.
